Hand made with an original design, this Art Deco inspired head piece is made with layers of sculpted wool mix felt and bordered with hand stitched chunky silver tone zips.
Made with layers of sculpted wool mix felt, bordered and decorated with hand stitched chunky silver tone zips. This fascinator is gently curved to enhance the fit and is secured using 2 alligator clips. The bare mannequin head in pictures below has a circumference of 21".
